The humanoid robot can calculate the three dimensional position of object (x, y, z) with stereo vision system with plural cameras set in the head of humanoid robot. Furthermore, based on the picture taken by the camera, we made GUI (Graphical User Interface) controller. Using it, we can command the humanoid robot to calculate the position of object and to hold it by easy direction, only clicking. In this way, we can realize the remote control of humanoid robot and propose that let it work in disaster site or construction site as a substitute for human beings.
